BeOpt Setback Problem- Higher Cooling Cost
I am running BeOpt V7 and have implemented a custom setback. When this is compared to a control case for some home configurations, there is actually an increase in cooling energy required, which seems like a nonsensical output. Has anyone come across this problem and been able to troubleshoot it? I have tried posting the BeOpt models that were experiencing this, but it is my first time on the forum and it appears that they were not able to be attached.
Single speed or variable speed AC?
